SHIPPING
Orders are sent by Swiss Post.
Delivery usually takes place:
- For Switzerland Standard B orders, delivery takes place within 3 to 5 working days, excluding Saturday, Sunday and public holidays.
- For Switzerland Priority A orders until 10:00 a.m., delivery takes place on the next working day, excluding Saturday, Sunday and public holidays. *The quality of delivery of the post office is 98%
Orders are shipped and delivered on weekdays (Monday to Friday, except on public holidays). Unfortunately, delivery in stock (APO/FPO) or delivery to mailboxes is not possible. Countries that are not on the main shipping routes may have longer delivery times. In certain countries, additional fees may apply. For international shipments, country-specific customs duties or import taxes may apply, which must be paid by the recipient upon delivery. Our prices include Swiss VAT.
How much does shipping cost?
- Switzerland Standard B CHF 8 per delivery
- Switzerland Priority A CHF 10 per delivery
- We normally do not ship goods outside Switzerland.
